Your Listing Agent Profile - Each member has a unique profile. Your Listings, Showings and Showing Log are all associated with your unique Listing Agent Profile. Instructions for creating your Profile and setting your ID and Password are sent to you when you sign up.

Logging In - You must log in to two different levels. First you must log in to the "AgentMapIt Suite". Second, you must log in to the Feedback module. Usually the ID and Password for these different levels are the same, but this depends on what you set up when you registered and created your profiles.

Listings - You must create a "New Listing" each time you want a listing to be available in the system. Click on the "Create a New Listing" link to create a new listing. This will include the Seller contact information. You must assign the Seller an ID and Password. This information will be emailed to the Seller so they can login and view the Showing Log and read the Feedback.

Showings - There are two ways to create a "Showing" appointment:

1. The Showing Agent can "Request a Showing" by clicking on the appropriate link. Your link should be included in each listing.

2. You (the Listing Agent) can manually create a Showing.

To "Request a Showing" - First, the Showing Agent clicks on the "request a showing" link in your listing, and then fills in the appropriate information (date, time, his/her contact information). This information is emailed directly to you (the Listing Agent).

Second, when you receive the Showing Request you either accept it or deny it by clicking on the appropriate link in the email message. This initiates a return email message to the Showing Agent, which includes the access information.

To "Manually Create a Showing" - When logged in to your account click on the "Showings" link. Then click on the "Create a New Showing" link. Enter the appropriate information, including the Showing Agent contact information. An email message will be sent to the Showing Agent confirming the showing and providing him/her with the appropriate information.

Automated Feedback Requests - Once a showing is confirmed the Feedback system will send an email message approximately 4 hours after the time of the showing. If the Showing Agent does not respond additional messages will be sent each day for 4 days until the Showing Agent responds. Once a response has been submitted the information is entered into the Feedback Log and further feedback requests are not sent.

Showing Agent Contact Information - Once a Showing Agent enters his/her contact information into the system it will be entered into the "Address Book". In the future when that Showing Agent uses the system his/her contact information will be auto-filled into the request form.

Creating Feedback Manually - If a Showing Agent prefers to send feedback information via email or verbally (by telephone) then you (the Listing Agent) can enter the feedback information by clicking the "Create Feedback" link under "Agent Feedback" within the Showing information in the Feedback Log.

Client (Seller) Information and Access - Whenever you create a Listing you also enter the Seller's contact information and email address. At that time an email message is automatically sent to the Seller containing instructions how to access the Feedback log. Sellers can access their Feedback Log by going to

Their login ID and Password will have been sent to them when you entered the Listing. If they can't remember their Login information you can find it in the Listing information that you entered when creating the Listing.
