What is AgentMapIt?

AgentMapIt is a website where agents from across North America can list themselves as available to accept referrals from other agents.

Is there a charge to be listed in AgentMapIt?

No. A basic listing in AgentMapIt is free.

Can an agent be listed as exclusive for a specific town or city?

Currently, no.

Feedback Questions

What is Feedback?

Feedback is an automated showing manager and feedback system. Agents can request showings online. Listing agents can approve them with a simple click. A record of the showing details is kept in the showing log. Once the showing is completed an email message is sent to the showing agent requesting feedback. All feedback for each listing is kept in a feedback log which the listing agent and client have access to.

Who can enter feedback into the system?

Agents who request a showing can enter feedback into the system after the showing has taken place.

Does the system collect the feedback automatically?

Yes, it is about as automated as is possible. After the showing an email message is sent to the showing agent asking them to enter feedback. If they do not respond, further messages are sent (one a day) for four days until they respond.

Can the listing agent enter feedback?

Yes. Some agents prefer to send feedback in an email message or by telephone. In that case the listing agent or admin assistant can enter the feedback for them.

Do clients have access to the feedback information?

Yes. Each client can see the feedback for their listing. They are given a unique login and can access the information at any time.

What if a showing agent does not enter feedback?

In that case you can either leave it blank for that showing, or try to get feedback in the traditional way - by contacting the showing agent directly and entering the feedback yourself.

Does using Feedback require any technical skill?

As little as possible. We have tried to make Feedback very simple to use. That is the major reason it does not have a lot of bells and whistles.

Is Feedback integrated with other systems such as MLS?

No. There are far too many different listing systems across the continent and they keep changing. Our objective is to keep Feedback simple and easy to use.

Does Feedback work with a mobile phone?

Yes. The interface is very simple and works well with iPhone, Blackberry and Android.

Do I need to sign a long term contract?

No. You subscribe to Feedback on either a monthly or annual basis and can cancel at any time.


14.
What happens to my data if I cancel?

We will delete it immediately at your request, or we can keep it for you for a period of up to 6 months.
