If you are an AgentMapIt Gold member, as of July 15 you will have access to a new program called AgentMapIt Feedback. If you are already a Gold Member you can get started using Feedback by going to the Feedback Members Area and creating your listing agent profile. You’ll find a step-by-step description of how the program works.

How Feedback Works
Getting Feedback from people who have visited and toured your listing properties is often difficult and frustrating. Yet this is valuable information that can help you do your job more effectively and show your vendors how their property is being received.

AgentMapIt Feedback is an automated Showing Manager and Feedback System that solves the feedback problem. It helps you book and record showing dates, automatically collects feedback from prospective buyers, and enters that feedback into a feedback log attached to each listing. This gives you a summary of all showings for each of your listings as well as a convenient feedback summary accessible only by you and your vendor.

The AgentMapIt FAQ

Earlier today our newest set of very important changes to the software went live. The first change better defines the Exclusivity feature. The second one lets us create Regional Networks and assign members to different networks. Here is a brief description of each of these features:

Exclusivity

The “exclusivity” feature is now in place. Now each “gold” member can enter one location name for which they have “exclusive” rights. This means that when you have exclusive rights to the location name, for example, to “Barrie, Barrie ON, Barrie Ontario”, when someone searches for any of these variations on this location name, only your profile will display.

Regional Networks

Now we can create “Regional Networks” and assign members to specific networks. For example, we have created the “British Columbia Referral Network”, then as new members from locations in British Columbia (Canada) join, they will be added to this network.

Members of Regional Networks are also members of the North American network.  The addition of regional networks gives each member a “working group” of other members within their regional area. Searchers can look directly at these groups of members, simply by selecting the group in the “Regional Networks” menu selection area.

Regional Networks don’t have to be geographic areas. They can also be defined by things like “Military” or “Commercial” – or other designations requested by members.

Members can be assigned to more than one “Regional Network”. For instance, a member can belong to both the “Ontario Regional Network” and the “Canada Military” network.
