The package includes a complete website for every listing on its own domain with video and slideshow tours, video posted to YouTube, ads on Kijiji and featured listings on my site MovingtotheCountry.ca, which is ranked #1 on Google in our region for all searchs for the keywords "moving to the country".

I use standard prospecting feeds for buyers but often go above and beyond usual service levels by visiting properties of interest, taking pictures and creating online slideshow galleries so that buyers can be well informed and have a good idea of the properties they want to visit on a house hunting trip. Both buyers and sellers receive Air Miles or a gift of equivalent value.

My referral fee is the standard 25%, both ways. Listings are at 5%.
